As Operations Director, my role is to develop the business for our agents and their teams, so that it functions as efficiently and as effectively as possible. I have owned and operated a sales business within Keller Williams UK for eight years and that business is one of the top performing businesses within KWUK. I started that business with no prior industry training, so if I can do it, so can anybody else. I know what it takes to be a top performer in Keller Williams UK and I know what challenges agents face day to day.
