I am passionate about property and have worked in many sectors during my twenty year career. This has included working with investors, developers, million pound plus property owners and everyone in between. I have managed estate agency branches for Independents, a large Corporate and laterly spent five years as a self employed agent. Looking for a new challenge, Keller Williams stood out for me as a company with integrity and a culture of training, development and support. The fact that it is a global, award winning brand also helped make my decision to join the organisation an easy one! My role as the Market Centre Manager is to support new agents through the transitional period of becoming a Keller Williams business owner and to assist with their development and growth of their company. I started my career in 1988 as a listing branch manager, in 1990 I started my own estate agency business and built a team in 1994, the company is still going to date and is highly successful. My KW journey started in the USA with training twice a year, I have then attended family reunion and mega camp since 2004. My role within the Leeds market centre is to support the leadership team as a productivity coach, I also offer 1-1 business coaching I have coached over 1000 agents.
